Yes, that throttle still exists, though of course it's 200 jobs per hour, not per minute!
Or at least the throttle should still be there - do you have reason to believe it's not working? If so, I'd better check.

I am new to using CodeRunner. I want to test it out in my classes. I am trying to get my own Jobe server setup but it will take a few weeks. I just want to confirm what the limits are on the free server before testing. Is there any way to temporarily increase free server usage limits for a short period?
