'Show feedback' would be clear wording for a 'give up' button.
That would then display the Overall Feedback text, and then allow the student to 'Try another question like this one'/'Start again'.
I've never used the 'Try another question' option so I'm a bit out of touch. But I've just done a bit of experimentation and it seems this option doesn't work in adaptive mode and hence doesn't work with CodeRunner questions, which force adaptive mode.
Also, to answer Tim's earlier question, it seems that General Feedback isn't displayed in Adaptive Mode until the quiz is finally submitted.
