I am a teacher from China,Ask for help。

I installed moodle4，but show：
1

1. it is correct to use the default server（jobe2.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz）。
2.test ”python3 testsubmit“ with moodle4 server，it is success。
3.use old moodle3，success。This indicates that there is no problem with the job server。
4.The latest plug-in is installed。

Is your Moodle 4 system installed on native hardware or is it running in a container? Another user recently reported a problem with using a containerised Moodle - the security settings were preventing the connection to Jobe. See here.
