the system is ok for C++, but it appears error for java. how to fix it thanks!

It looks like the installation of java broke when your Jobe server was being built. I assume your question works OK if you switch back to using the default University of Canterbury jobe server (jobe2.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz)?
I suggest you (or whoever build the Jobe server) login to the Jobe server and try rerunning the installation of the dependencies using the command here: https://github.com/trampgeek/jobe/blob/master/README.md#installing-the-necessary-dependencies
Are there any error messages?
Alternatively, use the jobe-in-box containerised Jobe server: https://github.com/trampgeek/jobeinabox

it works after install jdk.
