In an exam we want to display examples of test cases but the precheck button should not be visible. Is this possible?

I'm not sure I understand the question. If Precheck is disabled but the "Use as example" checkboxes are checked for some of the test cases, you should see a "For example" table containing those example cases. Is that not what you're after?
